Foods to boost your libido
Found on askmen.com
1- Celery
It is a fantastic source for stimulation. This is because it contains androsterone, an odorless hormone released through perspiration and turns people on.
2- Raw oysters
This is one of the classic aphrodisiacs. Oysters contain dopamine, a hormone known to increase libido.
3- Bananas
Bananas contain the bromelain enzyme, which is believed to increase libido and reverse impotence in men. Additionally, they are good sources of potassium and B vitamins like riboflavin, which increase the body's overall energy levels.
4- Avocado
They contain high levels of folic acid, which helps metabolize proteins, thus giving you more energy. They also contain vitamin B6 (a nutrient that increases male hormone production) and potassium (which helps regulate a woman's thyroid gland), two elements that help increase libido in both men and women.
5- Almonds (or nuts in general)
Almonds are a prime source of essential fatty acids. These are vital as they provide the raw material for a man's healthy production of hormones. Additionally, the smell of almonds is purported to arouse passion in females.
6- Mangoes, peaches and strawberries
All of the above fruits and their shapes, textures and succulence are erotically suggestive and can be fun to use.
7- Eggs
Although not the most sensual of foods, eggs are high in vitamins B6 and B5. These help balance hormone levels and fight stress, two things that are crucial to a healthy libido.
8- Liver
A good source of glutamine -- a cellular fuel for your immune system -- liver may indeed increase a slowed-down libido.
9- Figs
These are high in amino acids, which are believed to increase libido. They can also improve stamina.
10- Garlic
Yes, you might need to stock up on some extra breath mints, but it'll be worth it. Garlic contains allicin, an ingredient that increases blood flow to the sexual organs.
11- Chocolate
Chocolate contains theobromine -- an alkaloid -- which is very similar to caffeine. It also contains phenylethylamine, a chemical believed to produce the feeling of "being in love."

Paranormal Activity Review
So 8 of us from the station went to check out Paranormal Activity. The first half of the movie is boring as heck, letting you get to know the characters. The camera is shaky for the most part and missing half the picture. I can't believe they spent $15,000 to make this, and made 82 million off of suckers like us. It was just as bad as the Blair Witch Project. Sure there were a few parts where I put my hand over my mouth but I do that when I think I might scream, but the urge never came about. Since it's the rave of today, it's good to see once so you can prepare for the banter with fellow friends. But on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this a 3.

Why Olive Oil Kicks Butt!
IT CUTS YOUR CANCER RISK
The antioxidants found in Olive Oil protect against cancer-causing cell damage. The oil's monounsaturated fat has anti-cancer effects.
IT HELPS YOUR HEART
Olive oil boosts good HDL cholesterol, lowers bad LDL, and reduces other harmful blood fats (triglycerides). It also reduces inflammation, another contributor to cardiovascular disease.
IT KEEPS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE DOWN
It can help enough to reduce the need for daily meds. Those potent polyphenols appear to dilate arteries, which brings blood pressure down. (Always choose extra-virgin olive oil, its minimal processing preserves the maximum number of antioxidants and heat-sensitive vitamins.)
IT HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT
While ounce for ounce, all oils have the same calories, olive oil has a fuller flavor so less is needed for tantalizing taste. Plus research shows that overweight people who eat a diet with some fat -- including olive oil -- are more likely to shed pounds than those who slash fat. Why? Oil's rich flavor makes it easier to stick with the program.
IT EASES YOUR ACHING HEAD
If you're prone to headaches try routinely dressing your salad or veggies in extra-virgin olive oil. It contains oleocanthal, a natural compound that blocks pain-producing and inflammatory substances. While daily doses aren't the painkiller's complete equal, they could lower your risk for heart disease, cancer, arthritis and possibly Alzheimer's.
